| B.Sc. Costume Design and Fashion | Candidate seeking admission to the first year Degree of Bachelor of Science in Costume Design and Fashion shall be required to have passed in any Higher Secondary course examination (Regular academic or Vocational) of the State Board/CBSE/ICSE or other examination accepted as equivalent thereto by the Syndicate, subject to such other conditions as may be prescribed. Pass in any three year Diploma in Fashion/Costume/Textile/Apparel related course is eligible to admit in direct second year of this UG course. |
| B.Sc. Nutrition and Dietetics |
Candidates for admission to the first year of the Degree of Nutrition and Dietetics course shall be required to have passed the Higher Secondary Examinations conducted by the Government of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination.
As per Government Order (2020-2021) G.O.(1D)N0.110, Higher Education (G1) Department, dated 18.07.2020.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. General Stream: Chemistry with Biology or Home Science
2. Vocational Stream: Biology or Home Science.

Admission Procedure
Candidates who have completed 10 & +2 in any discipline from a recognized State or Central Board are eligible to apply for undergraduate (UG) courses. Admission is granted based on merit in the qualifying examination.
To encourage sports excellence, 5% of the total intake (10 seats) is reserved for students with outstanding achievements at District, State, or National levels. The institute publishes a merit list of shortlisted candidates, and selected students are invited to complete the admission process.
Additionally, 5% of seats are allocated based on the Merit Scholarship Test Score, while students with exceptional cut-off marks may qualify for the Management Scholarship.
All scholarship schemes are valid for three years, provided students maintain at least 80% marks in every semester with no backlogs.
